How to Escape Agency Hell (+ need your help)
I'll ask you one question at the end of that letter.
Before I do so, I need your help.
Long story short:
I my latest video about how knowing more leads to failing more.
It got traction and started to blow up.
But I had to change a link in the description.
While changing the link… the extension VidIQ automatically updated the title to something random in spanish ↓

And obivously. It destroyed the growth of the video.
It’s already hard to make good content, but harder when I shoot myself in the foot.
Now here’s my plan:
Uninstall that extension
Ask for your help to click and watch 100% of it (do something else if you want in the meantime)
This way we’ll show Youtube that the video is actually good, and that mistake is forgotten.
(I’d appreciate 🤝)
Now.. how to get out of Agency Hell?
Most agency owners don’t realize they’re not running a business.
They’re running a time-for-money prison.
They think they’re playing to win.
But all they’re doing is closing the next client just to survive the month.
That’s not business. That’s begging with good branding.
First-Order Thinking Keeps You Broke
You close a client → you get paid.
Feels good, right?
But the second-order consequence?
You now depend on that one client.
You have less time. More stress. Less freedom.
Multiply that by 5 clients, and you’ve got yourself a nice little prison.
With golden handcuffs.
Unless you’re still learning skills, the only real outcome you get is:
Money → in exchange for your time → with zero exit plan.
The Right-Hand Man Plays a Different Game
A leveraged right-hand man isn’t chasing the next deal.
He’s building a story.
He helps a founder grow.
He documents the results.
He uses that story to build a brand.
And that brand becomes his leverage.
That’s how he breaks free.
He stops selling time.
He builds a legend.
Incentives Play Against You
The agency model punishes growth.
You add more clients → your service quality dilutes → your retention dies.
You’re stuck at $10K–$20K/mo with no way out.
But when you align incentives —
Your upside becomes your client’s upside.
You get paid more for being better, not busier.
The Leveraged Right-Hand Men win more when their clients wins.
They build your own system while helping others build theirs.
They create a Selfish Harmony: both parties benefit from the same inputs.
But how do you make that shift?
Stop Being an Asker. Start Being a Giver.
Most agency guys are in Asker mode:
“Can we hop on a call?”
“Are you still interested?”
“Do you need content?”
But domination comes from a place of abundance.
When Askers stop begging and start giving, people flock to them.
They attract, filter, and choose.
So how exactly to "give"? What should be given away?
Knowledge Ain’t Power Anymore.
In the age of AI, information is free.
Everyone has it by the push of a one-line prompt
What people pay for is ability to act on knowledge and deliver an outcome.
The real utility of Knowledge is to show that one is able to execute on problems.
Show that one has the answer.
The key is to get rid of knowledge in exchange for Mental Real Estate.
And for that, Social Media has to be used another way:
As a toilet. 🚽
Share what’s in your brain so you can free up space to build mental real estate in the minds of your market.
That's how you turn Anxiety into Authority.
The best clients don’t work with doers.
They work with authorities.
Escape Starts Here
I’m writing this because I’ve lived it.
Client slave. Calendar chaos. 3AM editing reels for $1.5K/month deals.
Now I run my business my way.
Question for you:
Are you in Agency Hell?
Reply "Yes" if you are and tell me your plan to get out
(I reply to all emails)
See you in the trenches,
