How to Stop Quitting Before It Pays Off
The Art of Having Something to Look Forward To
The road is long.
To $1M/year.
To building something that sets you free from the rat race.
To giving your family something to smile about before they forget your name.
We’ve all heard that the destination doesn’t change much. That after five minutes on the mountaintop, it fades back to normal.
But let’s be real.
The ones who say that already got there before saying it.
We want the summit.
Not because it lasts.
But because we can’t die on the hill of untapped potential.
It’s a disrespect to life not to push your edge when you know damn well you can.
Now here’s where it gets tricky—
If the only reward is the end goal, you’ll drown in delay.
Minutes? You can take it.
Hours? That’s part of the game.
Days? You’ll survive.
Years? That’s where most people quit.
Because your brain isn’t built to starve. It needs reward. It needs progress.
The trap is replacing rewards with cheap dopamine.
Scrolling, snacking, spiraling.
You know the drill.
Here’s what I do instead:
Plan real things to look forward to.
Tonight I’m going for a BBQ with friends while watching the final of the football champion’s league I’m not a foot fan but I’m going to enjoy this night out
The little things make the big things possible.
You can be hard on yourself.
But be fair.
Give yourself a reason to keep fighting.
One great day at a time.
That’s how you earn the summit.
See you in the trenches,
—Kassimi
P.S.
I just dropped a new YouTube video.
Let it run in the background while you’re doing pushups or walking.
It helps my watch time.
