New plans

I changed plans (again) .

New IG discontinued, I don't want to document daily reels.

It 's a different format than YouTube and adds too much friction in my creative process.

Got some other shit to do too.

I will focus on YouTube only.

It 's what has been working since forever.

All my leads and results come from YouTube anyways.

The best solution is often subtraction .

So back to the essentials.

The truth is I was spreading myself too thin.

Trying to be everywhere. Documenting every step. Creating multiple formats.

But more doesn't mean better.

It often means worse.

When you try to master multiple channels simultaneously, you master none of them.

So going back to the previous Instagram. (@thekassimi)

Will clean it, post better photos.

I kinda don't like the aesthetic of it and I think it can serve as a cool storefront.

I might cut clips from my long form videos and post them as reels later on.

And hire someone to do this.

But until then I'll be posting weekly on YouTube and daily via the newsletter as usual.

A changing plan is better than no plan.
