The last 2 years were chaotic.

I worked with top-tier fitness creators. Traveled the world.

On paper, it looked like I won.

But I didn’t.

I fell into the classic Scaling Psy-Op.

Sales calls, closers, setters, revenue metrics.

Spent five figures building a machine I didn’t even want to run.

A revenue-first prison.

This time I'm doing it differently.

And help others skip 2 years of detours, burned cash, and sales call burnout.

Here’s The Plan:

1. 30 minutes of writing per day

I’ll write 1 newsletter a day.

30 minutes, every morning.

The best ideas (high open rates) will be repurposed into YouTube videos and short-form.

Content will invite people to the Sovereign Systems & Ops newsletter (sov.so).

2. Content Stack

To sell:

• 1 Daily Newsletter.

To grow my list:

• 1 Daily Social Post.

• 1 Daily Short-Form Video.

• 1 Weekly YouTube Video.

3. Daily Offers

Every newsletter will end with a daily offer.

1 insight/day. 1 offer/day.

Offers that help people like:

• Martin who spent years making content without turning it into income. In less than 12 weeks, he built a system that attracts clients asking to work with him.

• Subah turn $40K months to $40K weeks. By leveraging authority and storytelling he went from selling what he does to selling what he knows.

• Vaibhav afraid to charge $500 to serving speakers with 5-figures packages, a 13-Person team, in less than 12 months.

Will offer email subscribers lower prices and more benefits than social media followers.

4. Sell Access

I'll sell access to me through different layers of my Sovereign Stack.

🧱 Layer 1: The exact systems that helped solo operators hit their first $10K/month in profit. Optional sales calls. No begging. 

🧱 Layer 2: Layer 1 + direct feedback from me. To multiply authority, tighten delivery, and grow into a $20K/month operator without scaling chaos.

🧱 Layer 3: Everything above — plus I help operators implement it, hands-on. So their operation runs clean, and $30K months feel like they're working part-time.

The Goal:

Help people add an extra $30K/month in profit — from anywhere — with a 30-min Content Habit.

No closers. No setters. No chasing. Just silent sales.

5. Make it Easy To Start

My goal is to create customers by selling at the lowest possible "now" number.

I want them to see the value asap and choose to become clients.

6. Raise prices

Scaling to infinity comes with infinite stress.

I'll cap spots to 84 Operators.

As more members join, access to me becomes scarce.

I’ll raise prices accordingly to keep quality high and focus on making the community better.

I'll raise prices when we reach 25%, 50% and 75% of the max intake.

7. IRL Immersions

The internet connects us. The in-persons transforms us.

Most of your audience is probably never going to buy anything.

A hundreds of them are going to spend a few hundred dollars.

A dozen are going to become clients.

And less than what a hand can count are going to become partners you can make life changing money with.

That's who I want to go in the trenches with.

I'll host Time Chambers around the world where we compress months in days.

The Rules:

1.Silent Sales

I will do 0 sales calls. All silent sales. No closers. No begging.

I only hop on calls with people who have already paid me.

2. Non-binary Discrimination

I only accept binary: either Yes or Bye.

I will focus on finding more Yeses instead of trying to convince Maybes.

3. Limited Spots

I only have bandwidth to work with 84 Operators. Capped spots will give people a reason to buy now. The waitlist will give me control over supply and demand.
